Move

Monday-At least one time this week, move your body differently that you usually do. Dance-Zumba, waltz or some poping perhaps? Yoga, Nia, Tae Kwon Do, the possibilities are endless!

Tuesday-Remember today that just because you are moving, does not always mean you are achieving. Movement is great, ensure that you are doing so with a purpose, cause or reason.

Wednesday-What is something about yourself that you need to move away from? Forgive yourself for your faults and your mistakes and move on. -Les Brown

Thursday-What goals are you moving toward? What life do you want to lead? Who do you want to be?

Friday-Move closer to your loved ones. Hug today for tomorrow may be just a dream. (from Mr. B)
