What do you do constantly-17,280 times per day* without thought? When moments of wonder or awe happens, it’s taken away? Can you catch it?!
Your BREATH of course!
How many are you taking, consciously, down into your belly to breathe into your soul?
After the business of the holidays and the start of a new year, perhaps it’s time for deep breathing after the storm.

Monday-take 10 minutes today to focus on your breath. Place once hand on your belly button and the other hand on your chest. Breathe into your belly, lungs, then chest. Exhale chest, lungs & belly. Notice how your body feels. Drop your shoulders. Enjoy your breath.

Tuesday-Need an Energy Boost?

Wednesday-Find Inspiration. Notice your breathing around something wonderful. Connect with the moment through your breath.

Thursday-When under stress, people tend to take short & shallow breaths. De-stress (without guilt, calories or money) by taking your breath back down into your belly. Activates your parasympathetic nervous system and helps you calm down. Insta Stress Buster!

Friday-Share a breath. (After brushing your teeth of course!). Sit across from someone and breathe together. Notice the connection this creates.

*You take about 17,280 breaths per day! (8-14 breaths a minute (average 12) X 1,440 minutes in a day). That’s not including the “extra” breaths you take from exercising, exertion, etc.
