Monday-write down 5 of your biggest fears. Pick one to work on this week.

Tuesday-what is the root of your fear? When did it first start to appear?

Wednesday-how has this fear affected your life? What has it kept you from doing?

Thursday-what would your life look like if you did not have the fear?

Friday-(you knew this was coming) Face your fear! Do one small thing toward overcoming your fear. Little steps can make big differences!

  1. Those are great exercises. Did you get them from "Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway," the book by Susan Jeffers? I seem to remember a similar exercise in that book. I've long lived by the "Feel the Fear" phrase. It's so empowering!
